I don\’t like it when the TV doesn\’t come on or doesn\’t work. This is what happens when the power goes out. It happens a lot in our village. Especially in winter and fall, we have terrible winds and storms. So we have power outages all the time. I can\’t tell you how many times that has bothered me, and how many times I\’ve been threatened with another blackout when the storm starts.

That is why I am glad we have great lighting. I myself have a big lamp that I paid almost $1,500 for, and when you put a big round battery in it, it glows for a really long time. Some lamps are great for recharging; if you keep them 100% fully charged, you don\’t have to worry about the lamps not lighting up in the event of a power outage. Also, in many cases, these flashlights can be used 24 hours a day, so you don\’t have to worry about being without power and without light all day. Personally, I would go crazy without a light.
